This is a handlebar install kit that should be used during installation of oversized handlebars packages.
Kit includes the following:
EPC Super Handlebar Lock Clamp
Ness heavy duty bushings
Dot 5 Brake Fluid
Transmission end gasket
Fits: 1987-2004 Harley Touring Models with 5 Speed Cable Clutch (Will not fit CVO models)
